Reopening of Chefren Pyramids and Six Ancient Tombs At Giza

Egyptian authorities announced the reopening of Chefren pyramids and six other ancient tombs after a long restoration project. The restoration project installed new lighting and ventilation systems and a path linking the tombs to the great pyramids.

The Antiquates Minister has announced also during the conference, the opening of six tombs vary between individual tombs and princesses' tombs that lies in the western and eastern Necropolis.

One of the most beautiful  tombs existed in Pyramids area , the tomb of " the Third Mry Is Ankh " the daughter of the king kaw eib the elder son of king Cheops and king Chefren Wife tomb which is in the form of  a Mastaba totally curved in the rocks and includes some beautiful  statues.
